Premise
Premise is a prominent data and analytics platform known for its real-time actionable intelligence. While the company had established a strong presence in many regions, it aimed to expand its visibility and engagement across social media platforms in West Africa. To achieve this, Premise sought the expertise of a skilled social media marketing agency.
Premise faced the challenge of effectively reaching and engaging its target audience in the West African region specifically Ghana through social media. The company needed to establish itself as a reliable source of ground truth in the region’s dynamic and competitive landscape as well as increase its number of local contributors.
Wekforce successfully crafted a comprehensive strategy tailored to Premise’s objectives and the unique characteristics of the West African market. As part of the engagement, Wekforce:
Localized Content Creation: Recognizing the importance of cultural relevance, Wekforce designed a content plan that resonated with the local audience’s preferences, values, and interests. This included using local languages, references, and cultural nuances.
Platform Optimization: Wekforce conducted thorough research to identify the most influential social media platforms in West Africa. We optimized Premise’s presence particularly on Facebook, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Engagement Campaigns: To encourage audience interaction, Wekforce devised engaging campaigns, such as contests, polls, and user-generated content initiatives. These campaigns not only increased engagement but also helped spread awareness about Premise.
Influencer Partnerships: Leveraging Wekforce’s network of influencers in the region, we initiated partnerships with local influencers who aligned with Premise’s values. These influencers shared content, reviews, and testimonials, increasing the company’s credibility among their followers.
Engagement Surge: Within the first quarter of the campaign, Premise’s social media engagement metrics skyrocketed by an average of 150%. This increase was primarily driven by the interactive campaigns and relatable content.
